Muito legal o apartamento gostamos bastante, mas as paredes precisam de uma limpeza 🙏

Loved the location and the ease of access to building and flat.

No parking was a challenge.

Buena comunicacion, el lugar de fácil acceso y todo se encontraba en perfecto estado.

Property is fine, but during my stay some of my personal items went missing. I tried contacting the customer service to follow up on the claim, but the complaint I made was said to be “wrong”, and they didn’t want to move on. Luckily it was nothing of big value, so I let it go not to waste more time. But I worry that the same could happen with anything.

O apartamento precisa de algumas manutenções na marcenaria, que está mofando e se acabando. O apartamento era muito bom de tamanho e planta. A limpeza precisa melhorar na faxina, não é limpeza do dia a dia, o flat precisa de uma geral pq estava com aquela limpeza que precisa de faxina.

Never again at Charlie. Second time that I get stuck outdoors with suitcases and no access due to some system issue. This is Brazil! Pretty scary. No hairdryer, mold in bathroom, no soap or shampoo holder - had to leave on sink and keep shower door open, one face towel for 2 people to share, no kitchen towel or paper, one knife to be shares by two guests, couch was so dirty I could not sit there, dirty windows, not to say the foul smell coming from drains… Pretty decadent.
