Mal mal no me pude comunicar con la propiedad ni expedía rente dos habitaciones éramos 7 personas una habitación tenía solo una cama éramos 3 personas fue una persona de o 3 era edad de 83 años tengo evidencias , les envié los documentos (pasaporte ) está ahí los documentos estuvimos 3 días la persona que es mayor de edad se quedó en el suelo

ótimo local mas o que superou em muito as expectativas foi o pós atendimento após algumas dificuldades.

Excelente apartamento. Grande e bem cuidado. Pretendo criar e fixar lá com esposa e filho.

Run away! This place looks amazing in the photos, but as they say, looks can be deceiving. First of all, you’ll be bombarded with WhatsApp messages in Portuguese. If you don’t understand the language, you’ll miss all the check-in instructions. When you arrive, they ask you which apartment you’re staying in. How am I supposed to know when all the instructions are in Portuguese and they’ve sent 15 messages, each 20 lines long? After struggling to check in, I was finally given access to the apartment. • The glass door doesn’t lock, meaning anyone can enter your place in your absence—or worse, while you’re there. • The cleaning is superficial and rushed (open the freezer door, and you’ll see what I mean). • The finishes are terrible—the place badly needs a refresh (basic maintenance and a coat of paint). • No safety covers on electrical outlets—definitely not a place for kids! • The bathroom is poorly designed, with no hooks or shelves to place your things in the shower. Ah yes, regarding the insulation—I was woken up at 2:30 AM by the sounds of people engaging in intimate activities. It truly felt as if they were in the same apartment as me. For €60 or 360R$, the customer service is awful. They don’t help you—they rely on guests to report issues. Who wants to manage a rental property on their vacation? To top it all off? No luggage storage! There’s no one at reception to keep your bags while you wait for your next destination. Sure, planning your own logistics is understandable, but for this price, isn’t that the bare minimum? Final Verdict? If you want to deal with apartment issues on your vacation, this is the place for you. But if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with good customer service—RUN!
