It s really a superb place. Got a nice experience mainly artificial forest and waterfall. Highly recommendable. Sand art and mehandi session really commendable. The management given an early check in, we are so great ful. Apart from this, local tea shop set is really and its a different experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Windy Woods hotel. All the staff including waiters, trainees, managers, receptions, chefs and housekeepers were amazing.They were very kind, polite, attentive, generous and helpful. .The staff always has big smile and make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the restaurant buffet and the ala carte dishes. Delicious!! Also enjoyed the karaoke music and sand arts entertainment. The hotel also provided variety of activities for the guest. I enjoyed and learned 2 Kerela dishes through their daily cooking demonstration sessions. Chef was kind and knowledgeable. The hotel itself has a unique architecture and panoramic views. Breathtaking!! I highly recommended anyone visiting Munnar to consider Windy Woods Hotel. 5 stars!!

They are spacious, elegantly furnished, and offer a truly relaxing environment. The beds were great—incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, with powerful showers and a constant supply of lots of hot water, which was incredibly refreshing after a day of exploring. Dining Experience The fantastic restaurant is a culinary delight. The food quality and variety were exceptional, offering both local delicacies and international cuisine. Dining on the beautiful terrace was a particular highlight, providing stunning views and a wonderful ambiance. A top tip: definitely book your table in advance to secure a spot on the terrace! The amazing staff truly personalise your meals; they were attentive to dietary needs and went out of their way to prepare dishes exactly to our liking, making each meal a unique and enjoyable experience. Facilities & Amenities The hotel's amenities add to the luxurious feel: Swimming Pool: The good swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained. We loved that it was very quiet, allowing for peaceful swims and ultimate relaxation away from any crowds. Spa: The spa facilities are excellent. I highly recommend booking a treatment; the professional therapists provide a rejuvenating and tranquil experience. Views: The hotel is nestled in a stunning location, offering fantastic views of the misty mountains. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a magical start to each day. The attentive, friendly, and professional staff across the entire hotel made the stay seamless and truly special. Chandra Windy Woods is a gem that offers a luxurious and peaceful retreat, and I cannot wait to return.

Balcony view was amazing, the time was very Christmassy, the inside water fall was tranquilizing. The restaurant breakfast spread, service all was amazing. The housekeeping support was fast. They also gifted a Christmas cake.

Amazing property and super special staff. Our stay was made extra special with the hospitality from the staff. Bijoy, the resort manager, Rajeshwari in the reception and the entire resort and restuarant staff was wonderful. Highly recommend in Munnar. We definitely will come back when we are in Munnar

We stayed here for three nights in Munnar, having read about the property a lot. It's a superb luxury property, reasonably close to the town. Nestled among the tea plantations, Windy Woods is a really wonderful place if you want some real peace and yet need all the amenities. The staff are very nice, if only a bit too eager to get their name on the feedback form. Food is good and is prepared by executive chef Prasad. He does a fine job of offering alot of variety. Rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean - I still remember that natural soap. The view from my room was decent, not stunning. The hotel has the most amazing gym, with a view of the plantations. Never seen any gym like this. The lobby has an amazing chess board, which is definitely worth spending your time on. One unique thing is how the hotel is situated in several layers. We had to take three lifts (yes three lifts) to go from one level to another and then to another. Overall, a very good hotel and definitely worth the premium money you are spending.
