We had a lovely stay at this resort. Christmas programme is excellent. Children's were enjoyed Food is excellent thanks for the excellent hospitality

We had an amazing time at chandys! The best part was definitely the hospitality and staff kindness and attention to detail. Beyond that we loved the views, the amenities, the room, the indoor waterfall and the spa. Definite must stay.

The memorable stay we really loved this is our first stay at Munnar and also best choice of hotel in Munnar we visit again mainly all staffs are really helpful

Date of stay: 21–24 December I am very unhappy with my stay. The photos on the website are misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual property. The buffet food was poor, with most dishes being excessively spicy and lacking balance, making it unsuitable for many guests. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, which unfortunately did not meet the standards or expectations associated with that category. The overall quality and comfort were underwhelming for the price. For an international hotel, language and communication are a serious concern. While the staff tries to be helpful, the language barrier with junior staff is significant, and there was limited visible management support to assist them. Overall, the experience did not match the promise of an international-brand hotel. Improvements are needed in room standards, food quality, staff training, and honest representation of the property.

Amazing experience with good hospitality. Great hospitality by all the staff , rajeswari received us on check in ,such lovely atomsphere , celebrated my birthday here , would like to come here again.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent facilities. What stood out most was the genuinely courteous and helpful staff, who made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit.

What a beautiful place with breathtaking view all around. All the staffs are very kind helpful and attentive. Taste wise food was excellent but need to be more continental. Rooms are nice and neat and view from our balcony was great. In house trekking and waterfall is something different which we enjoyed a lot. Overall good family vacation in Munnar.
