Church Terrace - 3 Bedroom Cottage - Saundersfoot

The location was fantastic! The cottage was very homely and was perfect for a family get-together. The kitchen was of ample size with a large fridge freezer. All the added extras, including the Christmas tree and fairy lights, were a bonus.

Could have done with a second bathroom, although the extra toilet downstairs did help the situation. It was clear from the odd stray dog hair and smell on arrival that the previous occupants had a dog(s). This is not so good from the point of view of non-pet owners.

The location was perfect, and the place was very clean and comfortable.

Parking information and pricing at the property would be a big help to people. It was ok for us as we have been visiting Saundersfoot and Tenby for many years.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for us , it was my daughter’s 21st birthday celebrations so 6 of us adults found the property really spacious, the beds were really comfortable, the host answered any questions we had straight away Would definitely recommend this cottage we absolutely loved our stay

Fantastic location within minutes of beach and the town. Large downstairs area, comfy beds, all bedrooms have a TV which is very useful when not everyone wants to watch the same thing.

Be aware there is a comedy mixer tap in the bathroom which is mentioned in the details at the property as having an air lock. I would suggest until you make friends with said tap I would place a plastic bag or towel in front of you, otherwise it soaks your nether regions. It does get painful after nearly a week of having to get a hairdryer out to dry your clothes because you got a little over confident in trying to find the cold water. Maybe a different style tap would do the job. Also a full length mirror wouldn’t go a miss just so you can see whether what you think you look like is actually ok.

Bed comfy. Good size kitchen and lounge.

Quite dark in lounge. Tap in bathroom sink splashes water everywhere when turned on. No dressing table with mirror and no full length mirrors. No Garden or outside seating area. Not really practical if you have small children or a dog.

Clean and cosy. Great location

Only thing missing was mirrors in the bedrooms and unable to close bedroom doors

Central, lovely, spacious property with a warm feel to the stay.

Water pressure on taps upstairs bathroom to high, water hits the floor.
