Church Terrace - 3 Bedroom Cottage - Saundersfoot

The location was amazing. So close to so many places to eat and drink. The house was spotless, with good quality furniture and furnishings. Kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept well.

*Not huge negatives* The tap for the sink in the bathroom upstairs - I would recommend changing the tap, or at least give a warning as the tap squirts directly out towards you. Cleaning spray and sweeping brush - we would have liked to be able to sweep and clean round a bit before we left, but there wasn't anything there to be able to do that. Mirrors - or lack of. It would have been nice to be able to do hair or make up in a bedroom. The mirror in the living room is quite high, so no good for 5'2 guests.

The location.

The taps in the bathroom, especially the tap on the sink. It shoots water out over the sink edge so you get soaked, even when trying to open it to a minimum. Everyone got soaked at some point during the stay, which meant having to change clothes again etc. It was a real problem.

Location was perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away. Very close to beach, shops, pubs, coffee shops, everything we needed was on our door step

Pillows in bedrooms are too soft and require replaying in my opinion. Also the spin on the washing machine isn't working correctly, so closes came out of the wash still shocking wet. Other than that the cottage was perfect.

the layout of the cottage was amazing, very cozy, the whole cottage was spotless, there was a log burner to use if need along with central heating, the key was very easy to get out of the lock box, the beds were very comfy, and all the bedrooms were also spotless, great location really close to the beach and the and the main strip of Saundersfoot, great restaurant very close to the cottage overall great stay.

there was no garden area, and the upstaris tap in the bathroom was modern but not practical.

Beautiful property, in a great location, well equipped and very homely. My boys loved it. Fantastic value for money.
