Taste less food. Lunch was mentioned in our booking details but was not provided. The pool was not cleaned once since check-in. No animals in the reserve so better book other authentic private reserves. No where near to five star. Their service standard is less than one star. The staff need to learn hospitality. It is not all inclusive in no sense. Please amend it and don't fool people.

Attention to detail. Complete seclusion and privacy with a butler at hand to cater for every need!

Everything was perfect. We got a personalized stay. Janus, help us to book 2 big 5 safaris and we were lucky to see all the animals. As well, we got a driver, Given, very good guy who always keep the car clean and a smile on his face. The food was amazing, we got one Ostrich carpaccio, amazing taste. The room was more than perfect. I can not express what a memorable experience we got. PERFECT!

The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the restaurant's wait staff provided attentive service. The roast dinner was delicious, and the walking guide proved to be both knowledgeable and helpful..

Prior to arriving at the accommodation, customary information about food expectations and important details is usually provided. Anticipating our significant anniversary celebration, I made sure to emphasize this special occasion in our notes. My hope was that the property would exceed our expectations and create a memorable experience. However, this note went entirely unnoticed, resulting in our anniversary feeling like just another day in the bush. This, combined with the issue of frequently receiving cold food during our stay while the Butler was meant to be 'taking care' of us, made us question his understanding of his role. Our simple requests for condiments often went unanswered or arrived after the meal had ended. Additionally, unlike our previous bush stays where we encountered a variety of wildlife, we were surprised by the lack of animals on the property this time. The property's price point and expectations seemed better suited for unsuspecting tourists rather than seasoned bush travelers. The property is also the middle man for safaris, unlike our previous experiences, so it is recommended that guest research prices of safaris to avoid being over charged.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oase. Accommodation was immaculate, the food was delicious and the service faultless. A perfect getaway if you're wanting an authentic experience in the bush. A special thanks to Ernest for looking after us. Would highly recommend.
