The scenery was beautiful.

Unfortunately the experience was poor as a result of the following: On arrival, we were informed, without any sincerity, that the TV was not working. However we were offered sparkling wine to compensate for this. I booked the weekend for my wife’s birthday, however there was no acknowledgment of this, not even a birthday wish. The manager’s attitude was really disappointing. He came across as arrogant & nonchalant. Food served was not reflective of menu, as an example the menu stated Carpaccio, which we ordered, however we were served pastrami. For breakfast the menu stated gammon, instead bacon was served. When we queried this, feedback from chef: that the gammon would take too long. After waiting a while (outside in the cold), for the breakfast to be served, when it arrived the eggs were left off, so we had to wait again for the eggs to be served. We were offered a refund which we declined, as we expected a sincere face to face meeting & apology from the owner. On the last day, we were told that the owner would come to meet us, however this never happened and again with no apology. The was certainly a memorable experience but for all the wrong reasons. We will never return or recommend this property to anyone.

The quiet location of our flat, the service of our butler Njabulo was outstanding. The service of Stanley and Noel and the cookery of the chefs ***** was simply wonderful.

The welcome had a lot of potential for improvement. Everything seemed very impersonal, rushed and improvised. A warm welcome looks different.

The Chesterfield Suite was pure luxury. Our Butler helped us organise our activities and was always on hand if needed. The pool and sunbeds were nice to relax between game drives.

The property is clean and staff is friendly and always a second away should you need them and hospitality staff was great by always making sure our room is clean Njabulo,Noel,Janus etc

Drink are selected and not as the way we paid ,how can we have 8 Savanna on full board I didn’t like that part and snacks were not available when we need and no lobby

The room was big and comfortable, very clean, beautiful deco, modern, full of details The staff is fabulous, especially Jabulo who does everything to make your stay memorable! Very nice activities, the cooking class in the bush was great! The picnic on the river unique. The food is delicious as well

They just need a real reception, but the building has started. So next time I go they will have it.

The breakfast was good. We didn’t have the same thing everyday. They can however add more options to lunch especially when travelling with kids. They would like burgers, fried chips, pizzas etc.

Amazing property, big room with private pool and service 24/7. They took us to a big five property to do safari one day and in the other we booked a full-day Kruger safari with them. Both were great, recommend it for everyone.

It would be better if they were a big five property, but in the end we did two great game rides and it was totally worth it

Amazing experience and very exclusive. My family (2 childrens and 2 adults) were very well accommodate and with a 5 start service all the time. The resort caters to only a handful of guests, ensuring an atmosphere of tranquility and exclusivity. We felt as if we had our own private Lodge with an air of serenity that permeated every corner.
