The fact that was near the station, so during the night we can hear the sound of the trains, and non a comfortable position for people that doesn’t dispose of a car

Wasn't able to watch TV/WiFi AT ALL for my entire 4day stay & that's NOT a simple fix like the attendant tried to pass off on me. At least offer me a small discount to adjust for the loss of NO Tv and WiFi to be able to stream on TV that's unacceptable point blank.

No blanket, outside 50 F. ‘No smoking’ sign on the wall, still heavy smoking smell in the room. Very noisy surrounding especially during the night. Endless train horn 3 a.m. Bathroom electric bulb hardly gave any light. Insect in the bed! For check-in you have to drive further ahead, can’t do it on site.

The amenities like the fridge & microwave. Spacious and quiet. No one bothers you.

The room wasn't fully cleaned due to the trash can being full & no clean towels. The fridge still had some food from the previous customer. The train was really noisy & the location was okay. The check-in required to go to a mini-market down the street (15-20 minutes walk). No customer service. No hot water for showers.
