The Grayhaven Motel

Didn’t have breakfast. The room was fine. A little spartan, but fine.

The list of rules and expectations from the motel. The room was way overpriced in my opinion for our type of stay. We only needed a bed and bath and not a kitchenette and sitting room. I don’t expect to be responsible for housekeeping during mt stay so telling me to sweep the floor was a turn off for us. I didn’t ask for special items but I object to being told to sweep the floor. I’m ok with no housekeeping service, that’s an extravagance I don’t need or want.

It was clean, and easy to find your room. It’s very close to things we came to see.

No issues

Loved the original and period appropriate charm of the Grayhaven Motel. We were blown away by the thoughtful touches like complimentary smores kits and wood bundles and local granola for breakfast. Parking was a breeze and access to the state parks and Ithaca were immediate. Would definitely seek this place out again on future trips!

What a great property

Clean room, very musty scent every day. Loved the big window in room. Friendly staff. Shower never got so warm.

The motel was very peaceful, souranded by lot of trees and flowers. Room was nice and clean.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable mattress, pretty patio, organic & local continental breakfast items, great location, friendly staff, eco-responsible. Highly recommend!
