It is now one of our favourite places to stay. We booked in for 2 nights to recharge after the craziness of Christmas festivities. It was so quiet and relaxing. Some excellent lookouts, rainforest walks, cafes nearby. The hot water was instaneous. And so many cool features inside and out. The hosts were amazing.

The accommodation was unique with all the decorations and old style history. No matter where you looked you could find a bit of history. Renee the owner was friendly and welcoming. The views of nature was relaxing and very peaceful. We highly recommend this getaway out at Mt Nebo. If you are sick and tired of the busyness of life and just need to escape we recommend a weekend away here to unwind. You will not regret it.

It had relaxing feel about staying in railway carriage… was nicely converted to living accommodation with small balcony area with bbq and all amenities required for relaxing stay. Waking up, seeing the wooden carriage arched roofing felt like an orient express experience…..

Not much I can comment on, it’s an historical railway carriage, so you need to expect few quirky things like sticking door, creaking floor.
