Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua

Property is right on the river. Great security, food options close by and just across the bridge from Rockwell/Makati. Great to have that local feel around the area and still staying in a fantastic hotel.

The pillow is soft and comfortable, the smell is good not dirt and the size actual size i want. Babalikbalikan ang ganda ng lugar na ito i love the view, pool view, pasig river and city view, Thank you Novotel for the welcome and nice place. More blessing to come.

We stayed here for a few days and had Christian as our waiter for a few meals in the Tempus restaurant. He was so attentive and great with his communication. While he is a trainee, he was more focussed on our service than all the other staff to be honest. I hope they can learn from him.

Good service from Kiel and Stanley. My requests were well handled. Room is clean. They immediately provided for my needs. This is not my first time in this hotel and I recommend this due to its proximity to several key locations in Metro Manila

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at novotel and had an amazing stay! The staff, front office agent and concierge (Josephine, Angel, Jociel, Raf, Alexa, Renzo, Christian, CJ) were very helpful and accommodating. Hope to come back again soon.

Väldigt bra hotell. Trevlig personal och härlig pool. Den kan behöva renoveras snart. Men fortfarande mycket trevlig. Perfekt för barnfamilj.

Great location very convenient, large room and comfortable bed. Good service from housekeeping team Stanley, Keil, Janra, Amy and Hans. We always stay here whenever we visit the Philippines. Definitely we will be back! Highly recommended this hotel.

Nice room, spacious with enough storage for all our things. Beds are comfy (twin double beds), had a good sleep. Spacious bathroom (kudos to double sink and extra spaces for all my bathroom and personal essentials ). Thanks to Erika and Cheska for keeping our room always clean and tidy.

Hotel location is average, with Powerplant mall about 10-15mins walk across the bridge. I would recommend taking a cab which cost no more than PHP100 to avoid the homeless kids on thr bridge (especially at night, may be a safety concern). Not much facilities to brag about. Did not use the pool or the gym. Overall stay was average as an Accor Diamond Member. Breakfast is largely lacking of selections, with international offerings much more platable than the Filipino-style breakfast served in the morning, i.e. rice, meat, etc. Juices is especially lacking; would appreciate more selection and probably 1 fresh juice option. Housekeeping has been fantastic, with special praises to Hans and Amy, whom has always ensure that my room is always neat and clean when I am back in the evening. Overall, unsure if the subpar food options match up to the standards of the Accor brand.

Its always nice staying there..great staff..very nice people..nice dining room and delicious food..what makes it all the more special are the people there..i thank you all
