"Nice and clean room"

First time to check-in at Novotel Manila Suites. When we checked our room' ny kids doesn't want to get out to eat, they just want to stay in the room. I would like to give thanks Kiel and Stanley of Housekeeping for making sure our room is tidy and clean. They did a great iob! Kudos to them!

"A very thorough and responsive housekeeper"

I loved how Edcell has done his job! Very thorough in cleaning and tidying and was very respectful!!!! This makes my stay so excellent and will make me feel like coming back more. I will surely recommend the hotel to my friends snd relatives!!!!!

"Cosy hotel and nice staff"

Thank you to room attendant Romeo for a good job with housekeeping. Would also like to thank Josephine for fixing a problem that I had very efficiently 🙏 The hotel is very clean and the facilities are great. Please note smoking is illegal in the Philippines but there are two smoking areas on site 🤣 Don't make my mistake haha
