Topnotch amenities. Hotel room is homey and relaxing. Kid-friendly! Breakfast selection might be limited but great tasting. And most of all, friendly and well-trained staff! Will be back again. Highly recommended! Thank you Novotel for a wonderful stay!

The services are good and especially the room quality is very good. If there is a complaint or request regarding the amenities, they will directly assist us. Also, the breakfast is delicious. Overall, i want to get here if there's a chance..

Reception Upon entry, we were welcomed by Angel and Sian who were assigned at the concierge on April 17. They immediately attended to our concern and request for another room fir the next day despite the full booking. What is more impressive the extra room for my extended family was next to our room making our stay in Novotel, Mandaluyong marvelous. The next day, Jociel and Jedu were up to pace with our request for an earlier checkin for our extended family. It was a breeze getting our request. Breakfast at the 6th level The food prepared by Chef Robert was completely delightful. The greens were fresh and coupled with different cheese like brie, blue and cheddar. The espresso coffee made by Chef Robert was a 10/10 with crema delighting our palatal sensation. What is exceptional was the "pan de regla", a Filipino traditional bread with a red filling in between, was so sumptuous with the sweetness at its lowest but delightful level - no other hotel in Manila can match.. The bacon was not dripping with oil, and was perfectly matched with the omelet. Pancakes were perfect. All a 5 star. Housekeeping The staff Stanley was very accommodating and gladly replaced our bedsheets, linen, towel, napkins, bottled water with mucho gusto.. He was very professional in waht he was doing. Cleanliness is his utmost virtue. Overall, the stay in Novotel had the best employees, always focusing on the clients needs. The place was great for the price we paid, and we surely would recommend it to others. The pool was clean and the gym had no stinking smell. The rooms are comfy with cleanliness next to Godliness.. Good place to stay for families, Room is nice and big. Room cr is clean and big. Stanley from house keeping is very helpful and friendly. The guards and personels are friendly. Swimming pool is kind of small and the Cr in the pool area is kind of small and not cleaned. Lacks elevator. Overall a nice place to rest

Angel, the Front Office Supervisor, has been exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. She always served us with a warm smile and went above and beyond by providing a complimentary extra bed for my child. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our experience memorable.

Staff was very vwry accommodating and the room we got was very spacious and had a nice view of the river. However, 2 out of our 3day stay, only 1 elevator was working. And weirdly when they got the elevator working on the 3rd dag, Weirdly it needed a guard to make it operate.
