El hotel de por sí es muy caro para lo que ofrece, pero el servicio en línea es muy malo (el único que hay, porque no tiene personal en el edificio. Lo peor, fue el día de mi check out. El check out es extraordinariamente temprano (10am), cuando usualmente es 11:00am o 12:00pm. Pese a lo temprano que es, desde las 9:50am empezaron a golpear la puerta insistentemente (cada 3-4 minutos) pidiéndome que saliera, pese a que ni siquiera era la hora. Escribí pidiendo si me podían ayudar con un espacio para dejar mis maletas, ya que mi vuelo es tarde. Me respondieron que no. Entonces pregunté si podía tener un late-check out, y nisiquiera me respondieron. Entonces a las 10:08am para ser exacto, salí con todas mis cosas. Y lo peor llegó: a las 12:20 recibo un email, que dice que les informa el personal de limpieza que no he abandonado la habitación, y que me van a aplicar cobros. Yo salí hace más de 2 horas: lo pueden verificar en sus cámaras de seguridad, si es que tienen. Mi peor experiencia en un alojamiento en mi vida, después de muchos muchos viaje a diferente países del mundo.

Never replied to my messages, I had to call them and incur phone charges. There were mold spots in the showers. No door on one bedroom. Low sloping ceilings. Smallest elevator ever, stopped working and we had to carry our heavy bags down 5 stories. The location was very good. Nice terrace.

Horrible air conditioning. It was so hot every night I couldn't hardly sleep. Finally, on the last night, I slept with a wet towel on me and it helped. Air was coming out of the vent but it wasn't cold. And even though the outdoor temperature was cool overnight the room was extremely hot and would not cool down even with the windows open.

Check-in experience was terrible. And apparently it wasn't only us. According to the other travelers, one person the day before our check-in and one person the day after our check-in had similar problems. They should send you a code for self-check-in, but they don't do that. Then, when you are there, you have to call them, but they don't pick up all the time, and then when they do, you have to wait for the code, and then you make another call because the check-in website has a problem, and then another call so they enter the information manually. The terrible check-in experience really destroyed the whole mood for the next day too.
