Lokalizacja obiektu była bardzo fajna, nic poza tym

Obiekt był dostępny godzinę później niż jest to oferowane na bookingu zamiast o 15:00 dostępny był od 16:00, prawie 30 minut spóźniła się osoba z kluczami, zapłacone było za 12 osób a dostaliśmy tylko 11 kompletów ręczników, dopiero na trzeci dzień dostarczyli brakujący komplet, na pokoje 3-4 osobowe tylko jeden komplet kluczy, pokoje opisane jako 5 osobowe bez warunków do spania dla 5 osób, opis pokoi nie zgadza się z rzeczywistością, pokój dla 5 dorosłych osób a miejsc do spania 4. Zły kontakt z centralą, prośba o zostawienie bagaży chwilę dłużej nie była możliwa, mimo tego że popełnili wiele błędów przy zakwaterowaniu. Nie polecam tych apartamentów w ogóle.

The localization is great and it’s not too expensive

First this apartment is operated by a company that forces you to sign somekind of privacy agreement to do whatever they want with your personal datas. You HAVE TO agree if you want to do your check in. Then their welcoming agent was 30min late. But the worst part is that: i booked specifically an apartment with 3 beds because i was travelling with my mother and sister: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. But when we arrived only the first two were made ready. I asked their assistance to give us another pair of linen sheets so we could sleep in three different beds, since we are 3 people, and they said that we could get new sheets only the next day and if we paid an extra 24€, because to them, they had prepared enough beds for 3 people. I contested that i had paid for a 3 beds apartment because we are 3 people and therefore 3 beds should have been made ready for us, but they still replied that if we wanted the sheets, we had to pay an extra. I had to use my beach towels to sleep in the sofa bed in the end. I felt this company has no customer service. And it’s completely unacceptable that they declined to give us what we paid for.

La proximité de la petite plage, et celle des commerces et des restaurants ouverts le soir ,le silence de l appartement !

J'aurais voulu être avertie que l appartement était sur 3 niveaux et qu il y avait 2 volées de 10 marches pour accéder au deuxième et troisième niveau!Venant toute seule et ayant plus de 70 ans,cela aurait pu poser un problème !!!

Buona posizione ed appartamento spazioso

Asciugamani sporchi. Inoltre mi hanno fatto pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno. Avevo già pagato tutto tramite Booking, comprensivo di tassa, come chiaramente indicato nella prenotazione. All’arrivo, invece, hanno preteso altri soldi via PayPal, minacciando di non consegnarmi le chiavi. So che in altre strutture la tassa non è inclusa e Booking lo segnala correttamente, ma in questo caso era già compresa. Ho fatto presente che avrei dovuto segnalare la cosa in recensione, ma mi è stato risposto che non importava nulla. Un comportamento scorretto e molto deludente.

Det var ett bra läge, och personalen var bra. För det priset var det absolut över förväntan, ACn som var installerad på rummet var gudomlig. Det var ett mysigt boende som jag absolut hade kunnat tänka mig att boka igen

Vi hittade en smutsig gammal klänning som luktade kattpiss i en slags kruka/ställ för paraplyer i lägenheten, det kändes inte så fräscht. Vi fick också bara en toarulle som skulle räcka för tre personer under en veckas vistelse, sen fick vi köpa egna då de inte tänkte stå för det.

Forte odore di chiuso nella casa e nei mobili non abbiamo potuto usare gli armadi. Non ci è piaciuto ill bagno senza finestra

Aspettare un ora e mezza per fare l ingresso
