Location & beds were comfortable

Was not as presented in pictures! Not clean, dustballs on the floors throughout the unit, Kitchen amenities were lacking, not even salt or pepper. The kettle wasn't working, no dishcloths or teatowels. Had to use a bathroom hand towel in the kitchen. Given 1 dishwasher pod for a 3 day stay, only 1 cup in the kitchen, this unit sleeps 6. Asked multiple times to agency managing the suite, but was advised that these are not supplied. Difficult to prepare food in kitchen as we would need to buy basics that were not available. Not even an extra roll of toilet paper when we asked for it 2 women over a 3 day stay ? Disappointing, but made the best of it, as Ortigia is beautiful!

Posizione centrale ad Ortigia e il fatto che in ogni stanza abbia un condizionatore.

Pulizia inesistente dell’appartamento e non è stato specificato che il terrazzo si affaccia sulla cucina di un ristorante cinese, quindi inutilizzabile. Il bagno un po’ discutibile a livello di stato della doccia e della pulizia generale.

L’appartamento è molto bello, ma anche fatiscente.

Lo stato di abbandono in cui si trova! L’ androne è pericolante e ci sono i calcinacci a terra…le rampe di scale che conducono all’appartamento sono rotte e staccate dal corpo principale..dubbi sull’agibilità dell’edificio! Per non parlare delle scarse pulizie interne. Asciugamani sporchi e bucati; cicche di sigarette lasciate nei posaceneri; e staff inesistente!!!

The size of the apartments were really convenient and location was perfect! If we wanted to wander around Ortigia it was right there and if we wanted to travel somewhere bus stop was a few minutes far. Overall it was really pretty there for that kind of money and in the summer!! Totally recommend it

I know it is not their fault but a little smell from sushi restaurant.
