Nice spacious , clean had everything needed

Would need a few more furnishings in the bedroom , reading area sofa . The space is big

Good location and smart modern apartment. If the WiFi had worked, I would have rated excellent.

WiFi didn't work, and this is a major issue in the modern world. No supply of additional bags for refuse so once you have put out one lot of refuse on the correct day, you have no bags for further refuse. Kitchen needs a tea towel so that washed items can be dried. Of course there is a dishwasher but not enough plates/mugs etc to make a full load, so it is easier for just 2 people to wash plates/cups as they go - hence the need for a drying cloth. No kitchen towel for hand drying, we used one from the bathroom.

The apartment was very comfortable and the views were sensational very close to the restaurants.

It was a little bit noisy I was disappointed It didn’t have some basic toiletries in the bathroom. The only other thing the parking was a bit difficult. There are a few flights of stairs . However, I would definitely stay there again. I loved it.

The location was amazing, just at the entrance to the Ortigia island right next to the bridges. The views were also very nice both seeing some sea and harbor. The ceiling also seen in the pictures was beautiful and the apartment is really large. The kitchenette had all necessary and the local coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch. We were able to get an early check-in at 12:30 which was perfect as we had baggage we needed to store and we got some great tips from the host with a map and market places to visit which was amazing.

There was quite a strong sewer smell in the apartment entrance and bathroom that was very strong at times. We could also hear some weird pumping noise. It was quite noisy from the streets around, which is not something that can be changed due to the location but should be noted if you have troubles sleeping due to noise. The floor didn't seem super clean and the bathroom looked different in the room pictures than in reality (older and rusty). We were visiting end of May/beginning of June and the blankets (just white sheets) were not enough for the night. We were quite cold. Although this should not be an issue in summer at all.

The location at the entrance to ORTIGIA is a major advantage. The rooms are clean and very spacious. A large kitchen that also functions as a shared space.

In the bedrooms facing the courtyard, continuous noise from some appliance on the floor below and an unpleasant smell from the restaurant located on the ground floor. In the master bedroom noise from the street.

The apartment is super clean. The beds are comfortable.

The hot water in the shower wasn't enough for five people. We needed a quick shower
