"overall okay. would not go back to that complex."

Breakfast was a waste of money. Going out for breakfast is the way to go.

Ended up having to demand a room change. The mold in my room was dissolving the walls. The smell was horrific and everything was constantly damp/vet. Eventually got another villa but unfortunately got really sick from that room and had to have antibiotics. When we got moved to a different villa the stay got 100 times better.

"Comfort, relaxation and happiness in an excellent value and convenient location"

Breakfast was great, location was great. We enjoyed our stay and found it excellent value for money. Great kitchen, great air con, good toiletries, really kind staff.

Bed wasn't comfy, some parts of the room were really dirty (Outdoor living room patio floor, curtains in bathroom) but thats the only criticism.

"Exceptional"

The location was central, but off street and quiet, close to shops, restaurants and 15 minute walk to Seminyak beach, although we sometimes took a "Grab" cab (as they were cheaper than the Bluebird). The villa reception was manned 24hours and very secure. The staff are lovely, helpful and very accommodating. We will definitely stay at the villa again. It was the perfect location for us and we had the best time!

"Pleasant"

The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was okay. It was 2 ensuites that were separated.

The pool had broken tiles and was a bit dated, we didn't swim in it as it didnt look exceptionally clean. The villa layout was not fantastic as we didn't stay out in the lounge as it was outdoors and there were mosquitos. There was a stain on the bedcovers must have been something that came from the ceiling like a bug or something.

"GREAT, BUT TOO FAR FROM THE BEACH AND HOT SPOTS"

IT WAS A LOVELY VILLA.

KETTLE TOOK 15 MINS TO BOIL, AIR DRYER USELESS. WAY TO FAR TO WALK TO KUTA, LEGIAN &THE BEACH

The location and staff were nice!

The water tank was too noise. Every time we flushed or used the water, it would make noise to fill the water tank again. It was annoying in the middle of the night. It wasn’t that clean either. One day we found something in our bed that looked like rat poop. Not sure if it was though.
