Puri Keraton Seminyak

Mould everywhere! Staff moved us to another villa on 1st night. Mouldy, water damage throughout. Internet did no work. TV remote broken, was replaced & then disappeared from villa next day. 3 showers leaked, never fixed.

Getting old and requiring maintenance Room 8 or next door had noisey air conditioning unit and a water pipe .

Dirty towels when walked in and dirty bath mats, animal poo on bed sheets. Also paid for breakfast but they couldn’t provide. And then when about to check out they knew I got a new tattoo so they found a little ink stain on bed and charged me $100 aud for it

We couldn’t fault anything, was a beautiful clean place, the service and vibe was 10/10. Would def come back again.

Great staff!

Lovely staff, so attentive. Our water pump went quite late at night (can happen anywhere!) and they allowed us usage of another villa, but it was fixed the very next day so really no stress. Good sized pool for a private villa and 2 sunbeds.

Would have loved a fan in the lounge area for when you're just relaxing and it's a bit warm.

Communication before and during the stay was very good - the staff helped us organising the transfer from the airport and was always available on site for any request. The location is perfect, right on the main street of Seminyak, close to all restaurants and shps, and just 15 minutes walk from the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which was cosy and modern. Overall, it's a good accomodation to experience Seminyak!

Although the villas look modern, they need some updating and general better maintenance. We were first assigned a 3 bedroom villa (villa number 4), but as soon as we entered we noticed and smelled mould everywhere and the state of the rooms was definitely not reflecting the pictures. Luckily, the staff promptly moved us to the original 2 bedroom villa we booked. It was definitely an upgrade, but we still had occasional problem with water pressure in the bathrooms and recurring noise from the water tank of the villa next door.
