Location was great, beds and bathrooms where nice

Pool was very dirty, and titles and pool filter broken. No full length mirror and not enough sun lounges for guests . They poured lots of chlorine in on second last day and was unable to use pool for the rest of stay.

The location is fantastic. Close to some amazing restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and would do anything for you. The villa is exactly like the photos. Very roomy and comfortable and very private. Even though there is some negatives I feel if they are sorted this place is perfect. Yes I would stay again.

We had to ask on day 3 to clean the rooms but once it was established that the rooms needed to be cleaned daily it was done. Cleaning could have been more thorough. It was a struggle to get clean pool towels but I think that's because the owners won't buy more. But if you have villas with a pool, towels need to be supplied. The pool needs to be cleaned better as well.

All rooms were spacious and clean. There’s a security working 24/7 and I felt extremely safe staying at this hotel. Staffs were really nice.

Bathroom has no shelf to put our shampoo/soap. Air conditioner were not cold enough. Bali was extremely humid! Can hear dog barking at night.
