Puri Keraton Seminyak

Friendly staff, great location, generously sized bedrooms, lovely pool.

The air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms were unable to cope with the high temperatures and humidity. The downstairs bedroom was adequately cooled.

The pool.

It was summer and hot. The living area is open to the outside and cannot be cooled. There was also noise from next door which you could not escape. The master bedroom reaked of smoke.

There were no pots and pans for cooking food, we needed a special meal for the child and we couldn’t

Great location

The location is good. Near to town and amenities. The villa is clean and big. The rooms are spacious and clean. Most essentials are provided for. The reception is friendly and helpful.

The dustbin was not cleared prior to our stay. Mozzies in the area. Only the rooms are air-conditioned. A stand-fan is provided in living room which is not enough for such a big area. Suggestion - to provide Netflix.

Great private villas set back off the busy street - barely knew we were in Seminyak once we shut the front gate. Very helpful staff and lovely private pool and dining area in each villa. beautifully landscaped and planned.

Unfortunately although we requested one double and two single beds we ended up with two double beds not certain what went wrong with communicating that but the doubles were masive - bigger than king beds - so the two teenagers managed to co-habit successfully regardless.

Atmosphere, clean, design interior are very nice

When I booked the pictures showed a 2 story property, although it didn’t state 2 stories the photos were a little misleading.
