Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with anything asked!

Everything about it we had an amazing time the security guards were absolutely amazing the front desk was good too

They charged an arm and a leg for a broken glass and a stained bed sheet I found that unfair I would have taken it to a dry cleaner myself

The place is clean and convenient

It is hot and the fan isn't strong enuf. One of the room bathroom's shwr has extremely low water pressure. Good thing we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa, so we had a spare room so we could utilise the other bathroom.

Amazing! Staff was amazing and helpful. Very secure and safe. Toddler friendly!

The location was good for shopping and restaurants/ cafe. A little far from the beach but not far on a Gojek.

The property was not very clean, we were given dirty towels and there were stains on the curtains and couch. The shower pressure was terrible and there were no hooks in the bathrooms

Great location and facilities. Staff were very accomodating and went above and beyond.

Could be cleaner in places, property is slightly dated

The bathroom was clean

When you flush the toilet, there's a smell. We saw a mouse trying to eat our food near the stove.
