The location is good, hassle free. Big and comfortable rooms

A few items not working well. A lot of mosquitos.

- location was good - the beds were comfy and the air conditioning in the rooms were good - the pool is nice but you need to ask them to clean it - the staff are friendly and helpful - security was good

- the sofa bed is not a sofa bed. You can barely sit on it, let alone sleep on it. We were meant to have a friend come as an extra who would be sleeping on this and luckily they cancelled as it was filthy and uncomfortable and no possible way to sleep on it - the living room area you can not close off to the outside - we had a constant mouse or rat issue in this area - the facilities are old and not very clean - the towels would either be old or new - the shower pressure is passable but not great - it could do with a big clean of the floors and showers etc. - the house cleaning was over and done with in under 15 mins. It was not a very good clean but fresh towels and bed was made

The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size, there was no tv in the bedrooms though, which is unusual these days.

Being a villa, it is self contained. Suitable for 6 people, there was not enough cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, no microwave, no saucepans etc we only had 1 frypan.

Great location. All the comforts you need. Cleaned daily.

The Villa is good but not great. The TV did not work for the first few days, but was fixed mid-way through our stay. The aircon never worked in the bottom room. Furniture in the lounge old and need to be replaced.

The Villa location was perfect for us just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars but that feeling of seclusion when in the Villa. The villa was clean on arrival and we had it serviced daily. The Villa staff were very helpful and were able to help us when needed. Special mention to Ari who was extremley helpful. My daughter left her wallet behind and she had not realised, we got a message from Ari letting us know this and he organised for the wallet to be sent to us via DHL and even offered to pay for this himself (we didn't let him pay). Amazing service and totally unexpected.
