The place is well furnished and I found it clean

There was no reception, no housekeeping. I was told that I need to pay an additional amount for cleaning.

"The place was nice, but having no one to clean iis a disaster."

The ease of getting to the place

There was no housekeeping. I booked the place for 7 days and I wasn't provided with housekeeping services. I could get the service if I paid additional; which was very costly. Also, it is ridiculous to have booked in a place where they don't offer change of bedsheets or towels free of charge (especially when the stay in more than just a few days). I should not have to pay extra for this service.
