Without any advanced notice, we were assigned a different apartment from the one we booked, which had a few issues and did not have some of the comforts or facilities we were expecting.

"Guest to bring your own maid/cleaner. No working table/desk for computers."

24hours prior to my arrival, a payment link was sent to my email. this was unusual because normally, the payment would have been executed automatically through the use of Credit Card. According to the email requesting for my payment, the booking was not finalized. This was not noticed till the time i have reached the apartment, and there were many frantic calls to the service line. Payment to the link failed x3 as it would not process international credit card. New payment link was provided through Whatsapp, it too failed. Calls for help were restricted as payment must be done online only. after about 90mins, we had left in taxi in search for another nearby hotel. during this time, the property owner had arranged a Nepali man to meet us at the door where the payment would be made through their electronic card reader. this entire process was poorly managed and caused frustrations. they should have arranged the nepali man to meet us at the first place since we were already there!

1. No daily cleaning (eg. Mopping, Vacuum, Rubbish Disposal) even upon request 2. No working table in the bedroom (eg. Desks). Request made but declined. 3. No supply of toilet paper, it was declined upon request as it is not part of the service.

The bed was comfortable

Absolutely horrible experience, this apartment needs to be removed from booking.com. The whole apartment smelled like dirty drain water and there was no water pressure.
