The property was neat and clean on arrival. All the items that we needed for our 7 nights stay were at the site - as committed. The grocery store on the ground floor added an additional layer of convenience. Several quick service restaurants are just around the corner - literally a 5 minute walk away. Would I choose them when I return to Jeddah - ABSOLUTLEY YES.

We were accommodated at Apartment # 4 in Mezzanine (2 bedrooms) ... Very small and bad windows view compared to one they gave last time in upper floors ... It shouldn't be same cost. I mean no value of money I recommend to call their customer service and ask for the bigger one before paying. I this can nit be arranged, The small one not worth its cost

The cleaning services is not free! Room wasn't ready untill 4 PM

Location was amazing, just a short walk and you had all types of restaurants. Even a massive Bin Dawood was just 10 min walk away. Has a great little convenience store just on the ground floor outside. Apartment was clean and just the perfect size for a family of 4. In a nice quiet neighborhood with a good amount of amenities only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here for my next visit. Support was also very quick. Our fridge broke and they brought in a replacement within 15 mins even though I called after 5pm.

Both bathrooms had some sort of leak happening from the base of the shower and toilet. So whenever the facilities are used there would be water everywhere. All the windows were dirty both inside and outside.
