Clean, modern, spacious. Separate thermostat for all rooms for everyone comfort. All basic gadgets present.

The washing machine was not plugged in/didn't work. There was no room service unless you called the reception, no one to pick up daily trash or provide us with tissues/water. The water pressure in the bathrooms were low.

Check in was a nightmare, no instruction, no reception, had to wait 1 hour to get help to be able to get in, not fun after travelling for 30 hours to get here. Once I was in, the experience was great

The check in process was a nightmare, nobody at the propert, no reception, no instructions sent, phone number wouldn’t connect, no English language spoken on site until a housekeeping person came but still a challenge to get in, had to wait nearly an hour outside in the Saudi heat whilst we worked things out

The property is wonderful and classy , also Mr.Ibrahim is so supportive and proffesional.

Everything was fantastic. The wifi was the best wifi ever never lost signal. Massive TV was connected to net so had all apps etc The apartment was Clean and very spacious. Everything worked as it should. Has all amenities utensils etc. kitchen worked well. Absolutely delight place

It is clean and well arranged with reasonable money value. Ibrahim from customer service was helpful and arrange with me with all the information before arrival.
