Alma Boutique Hotel

Everything was just amazing. We had the best time saying at Alma .. staff are amazing and so caring especially Jamila at front desk. She upgraded us to a very nice room overlooking towards the sea side. Breakfast was really yummy and we went one time for dinner and loved the chef who cooked for us catch of the day. We will definitely be back. Hotel very cozy, very calm place to recharge. They have Italian restaurant next door which is is 10/10 as well

The calmness and the classy experience also the staff were extremely friendly and elegant and I had a situation that I went to hospital during the whole dinner time and I asked to make exception to me because I was very sick and didn’t have anything to eat the whole day and I finished from hospital after the dinner time (10:00 PM) already and what they did is they made a complete 2 dinner tables setup in my room with all what I ordered 💙💙

Le cadre, les repas.La gentillesse des directeurs et de tout le personnel. On se sent tellement bien accueilli ! Ils sont aux petits soins.

Il faudrait juste refaire la salle de bains..vieille robinetterie. Ca aurait besoin d un coup de neuf.

We had an amazing experience at Alma for 4 nights. The hotel facilities are beautiful, with lots of activities both on and off property. We made use of the pool table, darts, pool, gym, spa, kayaks, dhow boat, and more. The food was amazing, and it was so nice to have breakfast and dinner included, no need to worry about finding a place to eat. The menu was large, so even though we were there for 4 nights, we were not bored. The staff are amazing, super attentive and personable. A true gem of a hotel in Zanzibar.

The pool is quite cold, even for how hot the daytime is. Personal preference, but dinner started at 7:30pm. Food service noticeably quicker than the rest of Zanzibar, so that was very appreciated!

L’accueil était incroyable, tout le personnel était aux petits soins, on s’est très bien occupé de nous. Un grand merci à Salim, qui a su nous mettre à l’aise et la danse effectuée avec ma fille. Mohamed également était très gentil, toujours à demander si nous avions bien aimé les repas, les jus de fruits et cocktails excellents également. Le directeur ainsi que sa femme très sympathique à nous saluer tous les matins et tous les soirs. Merci à Yuda aussi pour sa gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel, la nourriture était très bonne. Un hôtel digne d’un 5*.

Tout était très bien, j’aurai aimé plus de variétés dans le petit déjeuner et les menus. Un peu d’animation car l’hôtel est magnifique mais manque d’animation.

The property was beautiful! Location was great! It was the perfect place to unwind. The staff were also very lovely! I’d definitely come back!
