Mybanlao Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the hotel which has excellent service. The electric shuttle cars to town were really cute, and breakfast was plentiful and varied. The pool was nice although there aren't many loungers and the plunge chairs whilst looking good aren't so practical as you stay in the water. Service was excellent, but perhaps too much, as every time we left the room, our towels were changed even though we left them hanging to re-use.

Our stay of 8 nights was amazing. One of the best hotels we have been in South East Asia. The rooms are well furnished and confortable. The staff is kind and pro active. Breakfasts are very good and the restaurant has a superb choice of excellent dishes - congratulations to the French chef Jérémie Muller for his good work. We also enjoyed very much the nice pool and spa. We shall return for sure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help plan trips and take me around town. The hotel is beautiful. I would definitely go back there.

Service is the best in the town. Food is great no double ! I really recommend this hotel for relaxing and the SPA! Spa is much better than others, because it’s clean and quiet, no sharing room with other people.
