Petra Moon Luxury Hotel

Property is fine. Seems newer. The rooftop/pool is under renovation or perhaps being developed. General ambiance lobby/restaurant is lacking. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff was helpful.

The service was absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was amazing, with a Mountain View. The beds were extremely comfortable with two types of pillows, free drinks in the mini fridge, coffee machine with capsules, snacks and we even got a beautiful box of treats. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a variety of foods including eggs cooked Infront of you as well as a pancake stand. Finally and the most important detail, the hotel could not get closer to the entrance of Petra which is extremely important after a long day walking!

We just completed a 5-night stay at Petra Moon Luxury Hotel. We had a wonderful experience. The people were fantastic. I want to single out Mamon at the front desk and Ismael in the restaurant. They went to great lengths to make our stay the best. The hotel is very close to the museum and the entrance to Petra. We spent one day at Little Petra and Mamon helped arrange the trip. Without his help we might still be stuck there. The one negative is the steep walk up the driveway to the front door. After a long day in Petra it is a tough climb.

A lovely comfortable modern hotel, with great amenities and a relaxing stay after a long day at the Petra Archaeological site. There was a pod coffee machine in both rooms and complimentary baklava to greet us. Both rooms were well appointed and overlooked the visitor center in Petra. Other than a hiccup at check in regarding Expedia related payment for the rooms, everything went smoothly and the staff were all nothing but kind and courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and had many local dishes in addition to the standard buffet to delight and fill us up. Mamon checked us out and was gregariously funny and kind. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay here so wonderful.

Great amenities and clean room - would definitely return. Great service at the restaurant by servers (although food can take awhile to arrive for dinner so plan in advance if short on time).

Salah Aldeen thank you! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless.The breakfast buffet was good.The hotel location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet cozy. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay.

The hotel is amazing. Great staff. Saleh at breakfast was super welcoming. Ask lots of culture questions as it is rich. Just a short walk to Petra NP. We loved the area. Certainly stay at Petra Moon Luxury Hotel. Ask for bread with full as it is delicious! Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful experience! Clean, comfortable, and a great location. The buffet is very good. The staff is helpful and courteous. Thank you for such a good experience. I recommend the hotel very highly. Ismail was our server and he was very nice.
