Petra Moon Luxury Hotel

Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

Absolutely outstanding hotel in every aspect, and the hospitality shown by every member of staff was impeccable from start to finish. Excellent location to Petra Visitor Centre, literally a two minute walk, if you have time and like hiking I highly recommend going to Little Petra and doing the hike to the rear entrance as the scenery is stunning. Don’t think twice when you come across this hotel and just book it, thanks again for the hospitality shown to me and my family, until next time.

Much much better than expected from a decor, staff, service and value perspective! It would be quite easy for Petra Moon Luxury Hotel to rest on its incredibly good location but it doesn’t. It makes you feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment the valet arrives to help you with your bags. Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great facilities and much better room design than I expected. They could have skimped on materials or floor plan or room features but they simply did not and did everything right. I was debating between this and the Movenpick next door but I believe this was a better choice and a much better value. Highly highly recommended! Our best hotel experience in Jordan so far

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a great warm welcome from Mamon when we arrived and he put my Mam at ease after a stressful drive through Wadi Musa to the hotel. The room was great, with great views and we loved the Dead Sea products in the room for a pamper night after a hard day at Petra. The hotel is just a short 5 minute walk to the entrance. The rooftop pool area was great and loved the jacuzzi too. The reception area is grand with the water feature and adds to the luxury. The food was lovely at breakfast with great selection and we also enjoyed an evening buffet. Salah at the restaurant was also very welcoming too and the chef making the pancakes and omelettes was great. Had a wonderful stay!

An exquisite property located at the front of Petra, I highly recommend to anyone traveling to visit the ruins. The service was top notch, the breakfast was delicious and I would recommend this place. The rooftop pool is also nice to enjoy and relax

Comfortable stay, closest to petra entrance, reasonable price

My friend and I are visiting from the US and are having a wonderful time here. The service is impeccable. Especially helpful was Salah at breakfast who made sure we had Boom boom tak tak (drink). The rooms are first rate Rooftop pool w beautiful view as well as clean towels impeccable view. clean furniture and hot tub

Very attentive staff. Very clean and modern room with great amenities. Lovely bathroom and shower area. Beds were very comfortable. They made us greek frappe at the breakfast which was a really nice and hospitable touch. They even arranged golf carts for us to go into Petra.
