Petra Moon Luxury Hotel

Very good . Definetely recommend. Coffe and tea and drinks in the room complimentary. Good small buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff. Especially reservation staff was great and helpful to solve our isuues with reservation. Good large room. 3 min walking from Petra

This was an amazing hotel with great facilities and very close to the Petra visitor centre

Only stayed for two nights and found this hotel to be excellent and living up to its luxury name. Rooms very nice, staff very helpful, breakfast good and very clean hotel. Need to mention that if walking into town, which is very close by, there is a short hill that needs walking up when returning from town.

They talk about service, and the service, indeed, is great. My room was excellent, with many amenities and surprise!, a mini-bar with complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (six or seven, not only a testimonial). I had some problems and needs and the staff manage them with expertise and professionality. The location is super, 100 m from the Visitors center of Petra. Highly recommendable.

My husband and I stayed here with our 10 month old baby and had a great time! The location was excellent - you are practically on the doorstep of the Petra visitor centre, and the staff were so helpful! Special shoutout to Salah in the dining area who was so great with our baby! Definitely recommend when you stay here!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. It is located within minutes of the Petra visitor center although the walk is back to the hotel is a steep up hill. We had a room with a Mountain View which was amazing. We took advantage of the spa and did the Andalusian bath which was perfect after a long hiking day through Petra. The staff is amazing everyone is so friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel for your Petra visit

We had a great time at this hotel. Great gym (well kitted out and quiet), rooftop pool (Sun loungers and pool) and best location for Petra (right on the doorstep. Service was fab too! We ate in the buffet one night plus lunch and breakfast each day. Would recommend

We are American. We had an amazing experience. The staff were excellent, shout out to Salah! He went above and beyond to make us feel right at home in such a distant land. The room was beautiful. Walking distance to Petra entrance. Food was spectacular. I would not change a thing and when we return we most certainly will be returning to the Petra Moon Luxury. Go here if you want a memory for a life time!

The property was within walking distance of Petra which is why we booked it They valet parked the car and I was sure they drove our car during the day we were in Petra as I noticed it had moved and the fuel seemed lower than I left it When we arrived the Receptionist suggested that we did not enter Petra from the visitor centre but if we took a taxi to little Petra and then a jeep to the far entrance we would only have to walk one way and down the 900 steps He arranged a taxi which would cost 20 JD without mentioning the free shuttle bus from across the road from the hotel Fortunately I found out and cancelled his 20JD con Hotel advertised a swimming pool and outside relaxing areas When we got there the whole area was closed for renovations On leaving I mentioned this to the manager who said well you could have gone to the sister hotel next door but we were not told this on arrival Air conditioning was set for heating across the whole hotel not cooling and the temperature was 28 degrees Chose this hotel because it was a 5 star with a swimming pool within walking distance of Petra

Honestly, the best hotel I think I have ever stayed in. Amazing service. The hotel it self was looking incredible. Nice room, good breakfast. Only downside was that the pool was out of order, due to upgrades, but we managed. Also close to the visitor center and restaurants and small markeds.
