Petra Moon Luxury Hotel

This hotel is a dream come true. It is our 3rd time here in 2 years. We particularly love the food, the fantastic rooftop pool and restaurant and the spa. (Abdulrahman is a very good masseur.) The rooms ar spacious and well equipped. Free minibar! We will be back for sure.

Leas than 5 minute walk to Petra visitor center. Comfortable room and good food with a large breakfast buffet included. Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights here. They gave us room 419 facing the mountains around Petra and we could actually see one of the highest tombs from our room. Great room, excellent and helpful service and a great buffet dinner on Sunday night. We went to the wrong hotel first, The Petra Moon Hotel is where GPS took us so make sure you go to the Luxury partner.

Amazing staff, especially Fatima, who helped us book the accommodation. Very neat & clean hotel at a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby & only 5 5-minute walk to Petra entrance. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are awesome. The room is big with all amenities. We had a buffet at the restaurant for Dinner & breakfast, which was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you

We had an amazing experience. The hotel is at the door step of Petra Visitor Centre so an ideal location to access all tourist attractions. Our room was clean, specious, and with a view of the beautiful gorges. The staff are attentive, especially Mohammed who looked after us when we were in roof top terrace and during the breakfast. You know a place is good when you are served Hibiscus juice as you check-in, and receive a goody bag, a personalised message, and an amazing pack of sweet. We felt so special. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both the service and the food was amazing. We had relaxing afternoons at the rooftop hot tub after long walks, and drunk Arabian tea. Overall, it was a true 5 star hotel experience. We will certainly stay here if we’re to visit Petra again.

Such a great location for access into Petra. A lovely rooftop with great sunset views over Petra although whatever you do don’t order the wine ! Fabulous hotel and the pool was fresh but swimmable in October.

The location is great because it is very close to the visitor center of Petra. Also they have great food and amenities. To add, I did have a massage during my stay and it was amazing. I believe Abdul was the person that helped me, and he is very nice. They make you feel like so welcome during your stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a lovely time in Petra Moon Luxury Hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was great and vegetarians like us had a lot of options. We chose a la carte the first day and the second day they made sure that dinner buffet had even more vegetarian choices and gave us a discount on the price too :-) The best part was the hot stone massage my wife got in the spa. Suzan was very friendly and made the experience even more memorable. Suzan and Abdul served her a sage drink after the massage which my wife loved. Suzan in fact gifted her some sage leaves so my wife can make her own tea. That was very generous and thoughtful of her.

Mohamed (the bell captain/valet) is the real star of this hotel. He was so helpful to me when I checked in. Not only did he take care of my car but he personally took me down to the Petra entrance to ensure that no one tried to hassle me on my way. I had never been to Petra and Mohamed really helped me navigate the whole process. I’m eternally grateful to him. The breakfast buffet is beautiful and all the people working in the restaurant were very nice. Many thanks to Mohamed.
