"Everything is fine"

I liked the hotel very much, it is located near the entrance to Petra. It has its own underground parking. Friendly staff, the room is clean and has a view of the mountains. There is a swimming pool and a terrace on the roof. We celebrated her birthday with mom here and the staff gave us several compliments for breakfast and dinner - it was incredible, thank you!

"Very, very nice"

Overall super experience! Very comfortable room with great shower. Breakfast excellent, especially if you like vegetables, lots of choice and all delicious. Service impeccable. Pool a bit chilly on entry. At top of steep but not overly long hill up from Petra visitor centre. Would be delighted to stay here again

"The experience is best hotel in Jordan"

The hotel location is nearby Petra entrance and breakfast so good also service is excellent and friendly. I’d recommend stay in Petra moon luxury hotel again.

"Exceptional"

Had one problem that really irritated, I was told when I arrived that I could stay until 1300 no problem and then the next day I was told I couldn't. Something else I didn't like was the welcome letter saying dear Mr/Mrs Cederhall, I mean I am a widow and I don't like it when addressed like Mr/Mrs.

"Best hotel to stay in for visitors of Petra"

The best hotel to place in if you want to be close to Petra's visitor's center. Friendly staff, although there were not many tourists during to the war in Gaza, so not sure if I'd get the same atention if things were different.

"Excellent hotel minutes from visitor centre"

Amazing hotel 2 mins from Petra visitor centre. Modern with large rooms and great views from rooms of mountain.s. The breakfast was expansive and the service was great with Ismail and Mohammed being outstanding. They could not do enough for you. The roof terrace is large with a swimming pool. Really needed after hours of walking. Would highly recommend this hotel.
