Urbana Hotel

Water ran out halfway through a shower. I never had hot water through the entire stay. No USB outlets. All electric couples used already for lamps, so very limited outlets. The staff was very friendly tho, they were a 5 star. The room itself was horrible. I would not recommend at all

It was a quick one night stay for us, which made all things okay. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and had all we needed for a 1-night stay. Hotel staff was super accommodating.

Every thing is good pretty small. Next door is like a restaurant pretty noisy

Lovation is very safe. Need pin number twice to enter property. 24hr front desk and parking is secured.

Great food and a bar next to it. Close to old San Juan.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was super small and the building tied t have an elevator. Hot water was not available during my stay as I was told it’s provided by solar panels only. So if hot showers are I important to you, you should be aware of this issue.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. There are a few dining options and a small grocery store within easy walking distance, and it's a short walk to Escambron Beach. There's a bus stop only a block away from the hotel if you want to go to Old San Juan, Condado Beach, or the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
