Perfect place to stay if you want to walk in the old town

Room was a bit small and towels had some spots.

Accessability was poor. Room was average.

Reserved parking os a huge plus in tbia location. The receptionist was very nice, walked me to my room to make sure i xan find my way around. She also and provided quite a bit of useful tips where to stop for a coffee, a drink, breakfast or where's the newrest convenience store. Our room was on 3rd floor without the elevator so a couple of steps to conquer with the suitcases. Per our receptionist it was a 500 year old building that couId not have been modified to accommodate that to preserve its historical value, which is totally understandable.

good room if you don’t plan on staying in the hotel all day

Great location close to everything in Old San Juan. Great basic hotel, clean rooms and super friendly staff. Area can be a bit loud due to a bar and nightclub being nearby, but even with the nightclub right outside my window it wasn’t too loud to sleep.

Great customer service!

Staff were nice and polite. The room we stayed in was ok except for wet floor specially at night. No idea where the water was coming from. They gave us info on where to eat. The other clients were noisy even late at night. Locals were friendly and courteous. We had fun!
