Urbana Hotel

No frills room that had everything we needed to explore Old San Juan. Walking distance to everything with great staff.

This was a great property awesome clean, comfortable room with tons of personality. I couldn’t be happier with the stay. It was very centrally located and super easy to get around anywhere. We wanted to go, especially in San Juan and especially old San Juan. The staff was outstanding. Everyone was there to help with a smile, and I felt so welcomed and happy to be there. This was top-notch service and an amazing room at such a reasonable price. I almost can’t get over it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Water wouldn’t get hot just warm more on the cold side everything else was amazing very kind and helpful ppl

I like that there was a bodega near by that was open till midnight and also the little coffee stand nearby was a great

Close to Old San Juan

It was pretty Good, what i likes the most was the propale that work at reception. They were really Nice and welcoming, besides you could ask for more water and they will give you more.

Check in was super easy. Staff was super friendly. We did have an issue with our door not closing from the inside. The dead bolt would not lock. I informed the staff on the second night we stayed there through the Whatsapp chat and never got any follow through or feedback. Was not offered to change to a different hotel room or any type of solution to the issue I brought up.

Overall good place to stay. Little small and could use a microwave. Area is great and staff is awesome
