We stayed at Ajul Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort, and while the food was delicious and the setting was beautiful, it was the incredible team at Aegos Spas who truly made our week. From the moment I arrived, Despina and Antonia went above and beyond to help me find the treatments and times that suited me best. They quickly became familiar, friendly faces, always greeting me with a smile or a wave around the resort. I felt genuinely welcome and cared for whenever I needed anything. I was also lucky enough to have several treatments with Helen and Elena, both of whom were absolutely fantastic at what they do. My husband and I enjoyed a couples body scrub and massage with them, and it was wonderful. They made us both feel comfortable and completely at ease so we could fully relax and enjoy the experience. My husband is a big man, and they handled it all effortlessly. We both left glowing and blissful. I later returned for two more treatments with Helen and Elena individually, choosing them to focus on specific areas that needed some extra attention. Helen gave me a facial massage that worked wonders on my jaw tension, helping me finally relax and release it. She was gentle but very effective. Elena gave me a calf and foot massage that completely relieved the foot pain I had been waking up with each morning. Their skill and care made such a difference, and I’m genuinely grateful for how much better I feel. I would recommend the spa without hesitation. I’m still feeling the benefits of their care a week later. It was the highlight of an already unforgettable holiday.

Amazing hotel with Spa. Helen did great massage in Spa area. My wife did 3 sessions - great choices to keep your body happy. In July and August the resort got 650 guests and 250 kids. Overloaded and crowded, but at end of September/begin of October it‘s great time to enjoy and relax in the hotel, spa and see. Weather is still great. Food is good for one-two weeks. Many different cocktails. Nice own water park… shuttle to see and back each 30 mins (up to 19:00). By walking it‘s take 10 minutes, but bit sporty to go up… Recommend to book Helen for great massage and free time in Spa area…

Very secluded hotel , private surrounding and pure relaxation! You feel the atmosphere of the place and that calms you! The hotel is pretty decent, clean and spacious room! Very friendly personnel, from the moment we checked and the whole stay in general we felt welcome, reception, restaurant , Senses, pool bar ( Niclas) beach bar ( Jackson) all made you feel welcome !

Stayed for 10 nights 20th-30th September and on the whole, thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. GOOD POINTS: Lovely location with epic views. Quiet. Very relaxed & chilled atmosphere. Lovely pool and sunbeds/beanbags but the water was a little bit on the chilly side at the end of September. Food and drink at both the buffet and Italian restaurant are excellent and varied (Don't bother with the Greek Restaurant though - see later). Staff helpful and friendly (Except at the Greek). Water park ok, but only if you have kids. Same goes for outdoor cinema screen. Beach good fun, but Water shoes are a MUST as it is very rocky with very large pebbles (and don't try to walk to/from it - far too steep - get the shuttle van instead). Transfer from Thessaloniki airport is long - 3 hrs by coach but only 1 hour by cab. Spa excellent but treatments are a bit pricey. Pointless 'pool bar' and sunken seating areas around it - Unpopular and not staffed if not being used. Clean and tidy throughout with daily cleaning of rooms. Sports facilities looked good and were popular with guests. But we didn't use them as recovering from surgery. BAD POINTS: 1. Very misleading naming convention to the rooms. We booked a Deluxe BUNGALOW (definition: Private single storey building) but were placed on the second floor of a three storey apartment block with a tiny balcony and with people above, below and beside us. Complained at reception. Was told it was "a common misconception". NO. I did not misconceive, you mislead me. So their explanation was that the 'Apartments' in the blocks are called 'Bungalow's', the ACTUAL 'Bungalows' are called 'Villa's' and the ACTUAL 'Villa's' are called 'Presidential Suite's' - UTTER NONSENSE! So when you have watched the lovely video's and been 'sold' the dream of a private bungalow - make sure you do in fact book a villa or a suite and NOT a bungalow to avoid disappointment. 2. Avoid the Greek restaurant. It is the same place where daytime 'takeaway' snacks of hot dogs and burgers are served and hosts evening diners under the premise that it is a 'restaurant'. It isn't. The serving staff member there, Evgenyia (Ukrainian), is a very rude lady indeed, who's unfriendly, insincere and sarcastic attitude doesn't belong on a five star resort (or any resort). We ate there twice (returning later in the week to try to give her the benefit of the doubt) and ended up walking away mid meal on both occasions! The menu/presentation/service are all very poor. We canvassed opinions of other guests on resort (to make absolutely sure that it wasn't just us) and got plenty of negative comments back including "Don't worry she hates all men!". And if you don't want to eat your dinner sat next to one of her large dogs nudging your elbow with a wet nose for food scraps, I would steer clear (unless you are just grabbing a lunchtime burger and chips in a bag). Overall, generally good value for money (we paid £2200 for 10 nights) and it's wonderful location plus some great weather made it a very enjoyable holiday, but it could of and should have been five stars. We got off of the resort for a whole day's boat trip and had a evening meal out on another night at a local fish restaurant in Loutra to watch the sunset, which I would recommend doing to break up your stay a bit, as there is not quite enough going on at the resort for most people to stay engaged for their entire stay.

What a lovely resort, a bit far from everything though. Went all inclusive and the pool bar Ananas was lovely but Gianiss the cocktail barman was so lovely and accommodating. He made delicious cocktails and would come again just for those. Thank you Gianiss your a star 🌟

The staff in the spa are very welcoming and friendly. I had a treatment with Helen who was lovely and. The pools are great and the whole experience was very relaxing.

We stayed at Ajul Luxury Resort in September and had the most wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was varied — especially the food at the Greek restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed the wellness area, which was spotless, relaxing, and perfect after a sunny day by the sea. We definitely recommend getting a massage. What really made our stay special were the evenings at Bar Ananas. The atmosphere there was always lively and welcoming — mostly thanks to Giannis, the amazing bartender. He makes the most delicious cocktails and even personalizes them to your taste. Beyond that, he’s genuinely friendly, funny, and knows how to create a great vibe for everyone at the bar. We left with so many good memories and would absolutely love to return one day.

The resort was lovely but what made my holiday was the service of gianiss at ananas pool bar. His cocktails were amazing,soooo good. His personality and bar skills were just great. What a great guy. Thank you so much for your attention and entertaining hospitality.

Brilliant location, very relaxing the soa treatment was beyond expectations, Helen my therapist was very attentive and professional. Highly recommend her. The reception team at the soa is welcoming and very knowledgeable they did help to customised my treatments according to my skin needs. We stayed at a villa with private pool, outstanding standards. We will defenetly come back.
