The beach is amazing and the service is extremely kind!!! We loved everything about the hotel, especially Christina from the beach bar!!!

At first, I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews I had read, but the moment I arrived, everything was completely different. The staff was incredibly caring, the rooms were always clean, and the pools were spotless. The food was delicious, u also have two great restaurants. The beach was absolutely perfect. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back!

We took our 5 month old baby to this hotel as his first trip overseas and were generally very happy. The hotel is quite modern and well appointed with great pools, sports facilities and restaurants; its an all-inclusive where you don't have to escape to outside restaurants! Check-in was disorganised chaos and people were not seen in the order they arrived. Once we'd been given the keys to our room, we were told to wait to be taken there but after 15 minutes we just made our own way there. Room was good and swim-up pool awesome, but the bathroom left a fair amount to be desired with just a hand shower attached to the wall, marginal cleanliness and soap tray fallen off the shower wall on the floor complete with screws. Aircon was effective but maids constantly left the doors open instead - this did allow a small lizard to gain access one day which will not be for everybody! Room service was always late in the day and pretty superficial; the duvet would just be pulled up the bed, minimal cleaning and all dirty glasses left in the room - definitely a required area of improvement. Staff were very friendly and mostly super helpful; bar staff excellent with really decent cocktails and a lot of international brand spirits. Spa gave good massages although obviously not cheap. Gym ( v important) was decent but only one bench and the cross-trainer was broken; no water in there either. Worse part was that it did not open until 10am so not possible to get an early workout in. Other minor points; not enough umbrellas on the terraces, unless you got there pretty early there were none to be had. Parking was very limited and we saw cars get completely hemmed in. BUT the overall experience was definitely great, helped by awesome weather (35 degrees in early June) and it was a super holiday!

Not what is advertised! Left myself & my partner in shock when comparing reality to the luxury pictures that sold us a false holiday. Rubbish littered all over, dirty pools, grounds withered; plants dead, dirty floors, sun-beds stained & ripped. Room made the travelodge look luxury: tape holding up the vents, ladder to private pool fell off when climbing out, sofa broken, air con loud and barely worked. “Private beach” was basically building site with a wooden hut for a toilet and a wooden caravan as a “beach bar” dirty towels, cigarette ends, empty cups littered throughout, toilet a health hazard. The worst part was the food. Burnt pizza squares, potato wedges & warm salad. Sauces on the side like a takeaway shop. Had to travel 15 mins out of the hotel to eat something as got both myself and my wife got cramps after day 1. If you are looking for a 5 star holiday, this certainly ain’t it. We both felt less relaxed than when we arrived which is gutting as we wasted holiday after a busy working year. We both felt like we were conned!

Despina and Maria were very professional and friendly. Absolutely nothing bad to say. The massage was more than 5 stars. You can feel their experience. Me and my wife were very happy with the service and we strongly recommend them both. Thank you very much

Spent my birthday there. A friendly reception (thank you Valentina), excellent room with a pool and building, fabulous views and water features with a splendid ocean view. They also accommodated our late flight with a late checkout. Buffet is great. Well worth the stay.

I am writing to express my utter disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which I can only describe as a truly catastrophic experience. Unfortunately, the reality of my stay was far worse than I could have ever imagined. Upon arrival, it became abundantly clear that the hotel was not maintained to acceptable hygiene standards. The dirty and unhygienic conditions posed a significant health hazard. Not only were the facilities appalling, but the quality of the food served was equally terrible, prompting us to leave the hotel daily in search of decent meals. This lack of proper accommodation invalidated any thought of 'relaxation' during our stay. The only redeeming quality during our time there was the staff, who were understanding and tried their best to assist us. However, even their efforts could not compensate for the overall experience. It was disheartening to reach a point where we were actively seeking alternative lodging and even considered leaving the area altogether. Moreover, I highly advise against using Voyage Prive for bookings, as their customer care during this crisis was equally deplorable. We felt abandoned and heartbroken after our experience, compounded by their lack of support when we sought assistance. 100429528VPUK Given the circumstances, I believe it is imperative for you to address these deficiencies. Many travelers rely on reviews and experiences like ours when planning their trips, and it's crucial that future visitors be forewarned of the conditions we encountered.
