"Will not return"

Fresh blood stains on the new towel. Our room was on the G/F, it was very noisy in the morning, including some hammering sounds next door. This is our 2nd times staying in this hotel, but it's not as good as our previous stay, so probably won't be come back again.

This is an excellent hotel, with a small, but lovely lounge. We received a call the morning after checking in that our status with Expedia provided free breakfast. This was very nice. The staff are excellent. Would stay again.

My stay at the general kyoto was my favorite of my travels. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with special requests. The hotel was very clean and offered many amenities, and it was very affordable. Cannot recommend enough!!
