"Overall a good stay"

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located a short walk from the subway exit. The styling of the hotel was great to give it a nice change from the chain hotels. The only concern was the stains on the carpets and walls. Also the room cleaning during our stay was very light on. That said, we loved the breakfast.

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The staff were great and very friendly. The room was clean, spacious and updated - and the bed was comfortable. Our favourite part was the bar and snacks that were available in the afternoon/evening plus the breakfast :)

They had a nice and quiet lounge to relax and enjoy some snacks with the added comfort of reliable internet to do some work. The location is convenient to getting around Kyoto either by walking, bus, or train.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very new and slightly larger than your standard room in Japan. Beds were comfy, bathroom was spectacular, and the lounge had free drinks and snacks. About a 10 minute walk from the subway. Would highly recommend this place!
