Well kept- great food and lovely friendly helpful staff

Small cozy hotel, nice pool, large rooms, great staff. Great place to unwind after a 7 day safari. A big thanks to Courage for driving us around. The whole staff was outstanding

Das Frühstück war nicht ganz so toll und frisch gebrüht Kaffee hat mit 3$ zu Buche geschlagen. Der Standard Kaffee und Tee waren ungenießbar. Der Pool war super.

Geweldig vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamers. 😀dichtbij de stad met shuttlebus van lodge of taxi prima bereikbaar.

Friendly staff

Bathrooms and rooms were clean, nice pool and restaurant area. Good security to the hotel

Only a key to the room and no safe. It was also some distance to the town

Le restaurant : petit dejeuner insipide, mauvais cafe, diner catastrophique avec cotes de porc imangeables car calcinees et dures a macher ! Du coup nous avons demander un transfer chaque soir pour aller diner ailleurs !

The establishment was lovely. Our rooms were clean. The gardens well established. Tea and coffee making facility in the rooms. Ceiling fan and aircon in the room. Transfers to the Falls were punctual and on time, as was transfer to the airport.

The staff were mostly trainees and left to their own devices. Not the staff's fault, but management needs to up their game. Eg...Took forever to get ones drinks or meal once ordered. It was very difficult to be understood and for the staff to comprehend what we were asking, and we are South Africans. A better system is required when trying to settle one's bill. We were given the slips and a total written in a book. No receipt given for total paid. We had to ask for a receipt. Miscommunication for pick up times for a tour.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They all went out of their way to help - from the front desk to the waiter. The food was good, room was clean .
