Very comfortable stay. Everything you need. Also 5 minutes away in the car to Beamish museum our reason for staying.

The location to access beamish museum was good . The caravan was clean and had everything you would need - a full sized fridge and good shower

The beds were quite lumpy / uncomfortable . Had to work out boiler for hot water . The caravan overlooked the main entrance so no view

"Beamish holiday Park. Caravan with hot tub"

Perfect location for visiting Beamish. A friendly set of staff who were helpful when asked anything we needed to know. We hired the caravan with a hot tub and it was lovely to sit and soak in the air in the evenings Caravan was well appointed and beds comfortable. Shower was quick to heat up and spotlessly clean. Would visit again.

We could've used some patio furniture to sit out in the hot weather. Otherwise it was all lovely

Very friendly check-in. Great location for exploring Durham, Beamish and access from A1. The rental caravan was very clean and had everything needed for the stay Site was quiet and little site traffic so felt safe for our children as we walked to and from the play area or scored near the caravan.

The clubhouse was not open as advertised due to the site being so quiet. This is very understandable but no notice of this given so disappointed not to be able to use this on return from a day out having promised kids pizza and snacks from the clubhouse after a long day. Lady in the shop not helpful when I asked what our options were. Discussed with management on departure who were apologetic, very friendly and took on board feedback about giving notice on the information boards. Didn't spoil our stay or put us off booking again but it was a shame as the clubhouse did look lovely when we popped in on our first evening, exploring the site. Dhillons takeaway delivered to site quite quickly and was good quality.

"Lovely Stay"

Perfect location for what we had planned for our 2 days at Beamish Museum. From the caravan park the museum was about a mile down the road. The park itself was nice and quiet. The staff in reception/shop were lovely and helpful. We didnt go into the Clubhouse so we can't comment on that. The grounds of the site looked well maintained and clean. Our caravan was clean and comfortable and ideal for our 2 night break.
