Really nice site, dog friendly and good nearby facilities. Everything in the caravan worked.

The caravan was a bit tired and could do with an update. Not the cleanest but it was good value for money. We just spent an hour cleaning on arrival to get it up to standard. I'd probably bring some cleaning things with you along with your own bedding. Also short on cutlery, there was only 2 of us so wasn't a problem but 3 table knives wouldn't be sufficient for a family.

Awful experience

Unsafe place for family, grease and oily kitchen disgusting 🫣 to touch, fire extinguisher expired, spider web everywhere, stains all over the corners sofa , toilet better forget it, i don't think they should rent place like this.....unfortunately it doesn't let me add more pictures

The family amusements & location

The shower was disgusting, there was mold in the corners of the bedroom or built up dirt, left over ant powder in places. The owner never responds to his booking.com chat, had to ask the kind staff at the camp desk to show me where the caravan was. So many stains and dents in places, dryed up food on utensils, back up heater was only half working, drains smelt awful.

Location is nice

Unfortunatly the caravan was dirty and smelly. It should not have been on offer for people to stay in

Nothing !!!!!

The van was filthy rotten , had food splatters over the oven hob , the utensils had food on them the fridge had mouldy food in , the floors were dirty and sticky , the TV was covered in what looked like yogurt ! the whole van smelt strong of urine , we left quicker than we arrived !!!!! Unfortualty it will only allow me to upload 4 pictures avoid at all costs

Older van but still perfectly serviceable when we arrived we weren't completely sure as it's on a busy corner with no parking directly outside a bit rough and ready but enjoyed our stay none the less many thanks there is a Martello tower within walking distance from the park along the seafront really good only £1 really good activity. The park and local amenities can be a bit chavy but generally good atmosphere.
