Very cheap, close to the beach, nice living room

Quite smelly and dirty (don’t forget to bring toilet paper)

There was a tea from the people before there was also a fag but in the bedroom

Location is good. Lots to do for the children

The caravan was filthy. Not just a little bit of dirt. Months worth of filth (See photos). From toenails, cigarette burns in the table and sofa. Stains on the sofas, broken dirty wine glasses, dirt in the cutlery draw, sticky dirty floor, dirt and dust on utensils, oven filthy, fridge filthy, stains on the ceiling and carpet. They provided cleaning products although I wouldn't know where to start. I stayed one night and thank god it was only for one night! The smell was like something had died! No sheet on the double bed, broken dirty curtains. I got up as early as i could with my children and got out of there! The duvets and pillows stank! It was unbearable. When making a complaint to booking.com the owners did not answer them. I got compensation directly from booking.com but not enough! I feel sorry for anyone that comes across this caravan and books it!

Good location. Nice clean caravan. Enough cooking equipment. Enough plates etc.

The shower tray was full of sand. The shower itself was a bit grotty, rust on it. The microwave was dirty and when I went to clean it found a lot of rust under the glass plate. Decided not to use it after seeing this.

The carvan was clean the owners were very helpful
