You get what you pay for. Was fine for me and son for 4 nights as we don't spend alot if time at van had dogs with us had worse. Warm considering no double glazing

The fact there is no working fire alarm or carbon monoxide alarm considering it has gas boiler and gas oven and halogen heaters plus faulty heaters in bedrooms thts without no curtains in main bedroom and how the place is in need of a deep clean maybe u should try having someone test the accommodation tht u allow to b placed on your site as this caravan is obviously rented to families even though there is no alarms to protect your customers

Nothing around 30 years old smelled of damp and dogs

Disgusting smell 30 years old dog hairs everywhere curtains stained only should be rented for pets only to stay I advise do not stay at this disgusting smelly den that’s the only way to discharge it terrible

Caravan was filthy main bedroom heater broken wardrobe door off could not sleep in or use the room Bathroom window does not close properly cold and dirty Living area Walls sprayed with some green liquid everywhere Mud up the walls fridge filthy pulled a pepperami from under the door food crumbs in fridge and the sofas haven't been cleaned in a long long time can literally see the dirt and grime on them sat in blankets and had to clean the cheek of asking for £30 to clean van after stay has clearly been pocketed by someone coz the van has not been deep cleaned in years! The only reason I stayed the full wk is I needed to get away and it was only me and the dog I could clean and deal with it for the 5 days but this is not a caravan of luxury it is definitely not suitable for families if I had children with me I would of refused to stay and got a refund.

The caravan park itself was lovely and the people there were very kind and friendly.

The caravan is covered in mould and falling apart. The cupboard had a door missing, the bed slats were falling off, the side table units were broken and left under the bed and it stunk like cigarette smoke. The owner then accused us after leaving of breaking a window and not leaving the property when we should have. He then realised it wasn’t us but a different caravan he owned. He then accused us of breaking the tv and sent us a bill of £160 as well as saying he would contact the police for criminal damage when this is untrue. I say he just wants peoples money. Stay away from this place at all costs. It’s such a shame because it’s in a beautiful location.
