This place is too old, dirty and tired to be rented out for a human, I even bathed my dog when we left 2 days earlier than planned. Slept on the sofa as I wouldn't touch anything in the bedrooms. Main bedroom had no curtains or blinds so I couldn't use it anyway. Shower was very mouldy and don't expect a warm or hot shower because as soon as you turn it to warm or hot, nothing comes out. The water pours out the middle of the hose and down the drain. The shower light was on permanently, even when I got there as it's a curtain wire...yes a metal spring into the light switch, so I didn't touch it. Didn't cook anything in there, didn't want to touch anything, even though I cleaned the worktops and hoovered when I got there. I did see some poor reviews but thought, it can't be that bad can it? Well, it's actually worse than I thought. This place should be condemned. If you're completely desperate, and you'd need to be....go for it. I left early and had to pay for somewhere else just to get a clean bed and a hot shower. I threw out my new feather pillows duvet and throw I had when I left as I didn't even want them in my car.

Only i liked was the pool and the stuff.

Where should I start. Well when we walked into the carvan it was dirty and the place stunk badly there was rips in the sofa also holes and stains on the sofa. The wardrobe was missing a door and it was dirty. The curtains had yellow stains on them. There was holes in the door. The carpet looked like it was never been cleaned. The bathroom light didnt turn off. They left us with no shower and we had a baby with us so we had use the pool shower to wash our child. There was also screw holes in the walls in the bedrooms The heater in the bathroom didnt turn off. There was also holes in the kitchen floor. The fire place was hanging off. There was mould in the bathroom. I have probably missing some stuff but you get the point avoid with all cost. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I also let them know with all the issues and they offered me £30 and to book another carvan.

The caravan is literally falling apart,bed slats falling off,no power in the shower whatsoever!fag burns in carpets!washing up had to be done when we got there!cupboard doors missing!duvet falling too bits!the list could go on!not happy at all and defo not worth £200 considering I could have booked with the park n had a 10 berth for £50 more

you can live comfortably, change a few details, normal linen, fix the shower, the window in the toilet so that it closes and everything will be ok)))

The holiday park its self is lovely and facilities and activities are good.

From moment we opened the caravan door was met with smell I can't explain the floor was dirty the whole place hadn't been cleaned stuff on floor wine bottle left next to microwave bin hadn't been cleaned dust everywhere bedrooms looked like the quilts had been chucked in a rush the shower don't work properly unless it's cold water the wardrobe door was under the bed in main room place was just not suitable to be let and needs alot work done to meet standards we actually cleaned whole place and cleaned dust from shelfs and TV area also cleaned kids room and bathroom but as we didn't use main bedroom so left that one the place should smell and be better for next person no need thank us lol. There are pics of before and after we left.

Bad very dirty property dirty not diver not pillow on toilet roll, not towel not clinging staff . Toilet very dirty . Front door open very mess. Someone parked car front of the door . When Book see the picture very nice clean property when you go inside, it’s completely different . Call booking.com 4 to5 time spent nearly 3 hour clean everything very hard to find the key. Nobody help every call call back 30 minute still same problem . Request, please refund my money I send you picture then you think about .

Very dirty property please visit then think about.

Disgusting! Walked in the door and walked straight back out. Then still tried to ask for the money. Shouldn't even be advertised.
