There was nothing to like!

The whole place needs a good clean, the smell in the bathroom was awful. We paid for a hot tub lodge and the hot tub was broken! We were told that there was no other available lodges. Why let us travel so far, for the facilities to be shocking! We visited the pub on site, which is just as awful. Everywhere covered in dog hair, and to top it off found a human hair in my food. We didn't even stay the night, packed up and went home after 2 hours!

Hardly see staff the reception was always closed nobody was available. Been to the pub there twice on different days no staff was there to serve us. Reported that tv not working nobody showed up to fix it. No WiFi at all.

Lodge was nice..needs sorting ..cupboard doors hanging abit..pillows need replacing..lack of utensils in kitchen ..2 mugs..bowls.plates..

Location was very quite an peaceful,

Although few start up issues , was in desperate need of some serious TLC inside an outside . Also the WIFI was in desperate need of a serious update for the site and all the individual lodges .

The rooms were comfy, and the living area was nice.

Mostly no Wifi or phone signal; very patchy when it did connect. One of the hot tubs was not operational, but it was not a major issue as we had two cabins.

Decking area ok.

Hot tub didn't work. Dishwasher didn't work. Only 1 dining chair to sit on at table. T.v. didn't work, kept loosing signal. Reception team gave no help.

It was very bad.

The property did not provide keys for our two nights stay. We could lock from the inside but not secure our property. We left our bags in the car, when asked the reception mentioned they don't have the keys The beddings and towels were dirty on arrival, when asked for a change, we were told the cleaners had gone so we slept in our clothes for two days because they never came the second day. We bought ended up buying towels. It was a terrible experience.
