I recently stayed at the Riverside Motel in Medicine Hat and had a very positive experience. The room was spotlessly clean, which is always my top priority when choosing accommodation. What really stood out was the owner’s exceptional hospitality - they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The personal touch you get at a family-run establishment like this really makes a difference. I felt welcomed from check-in to checkout. For travelers looking for clean, comfortable accommodations with genuine hospitality in Medicine Hat, I’d definitely recommend the Riverside Motel.

I stayed here travelling to Ont and on my way back to BC. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean comfortable and convient.

For the price this was a good place. Rooms are clean and staff friendly. Needs a couple of softer pillows and maybe another towel or two. Overall a good place to stay.

Proprietor was very friendly, helpful, and focused on customer experience. The only experience detractor was a noisy air conditioning unit.

The owner, Sukhchan Dhillon, was most accommodating and kind in his service. The suite was very clean and welcoming. It was as a home away from home. The price was very honest and wonderfully affordable. It was the cleanest, freshly renovated interior accommodation I stayed at in my whole journey across Canada, as I drove from Quebec to Vancouver and back again, and of all the places I stayed at, this was personally my best and most affordable experience of them all. I really appreciate the hospitality, cleanliness, and affordability of Riverside Motel/Suites. I stayed at accommodation more than twice the price of a night at this suite, and they were nowhere near as friendly and as clean and good quality as Riverside suites. I also enjoyed access to the small restaurant/takeaways next door and access close by to a pleasant walk alongside the river. I was also spoilt to witness some distant, colourful, irredescent clouds 1 late evening there. The suites are also very accessible to the main road through Medicine Hat/Alberta. I found some of the people in 'Medicine Hat', the friendliest people I met on my journey.

It would be nice if other visitors were mindful of not letting their doors slam in the middle of the night.
